1. How does the Bell’s E-Gift Card work?
Our e-gift card is a digital card that is sent directly to you once you have placed your order. The email will contain your e-gift card and a unique code that your recipient can use to make purchases on our website, abell.co.uk. You will then be able to either print this off at home, or send via email to your recipient.
Please note – At this moment in time, gift cards cannot be sent directly to the recipient.
2. How long is the e-gift card valid for?
The Bell’s E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Where can the e-gift card be spent?
The e-gift card can be used as full or partial payment for any products available on our online store.
4. How do I use the e-gift card to make a purchase?
Simply browse our online store and add items to your basket as usual. At the checkout, you will see an option to apply a gift card or discount code. Enter the unique code from your e-gift card email and the value of the card will be deducted from your order total.
5. What if my order total is less than the value of the e-gift card?
If the total value of your order is less than the balance on your e-gift card, the remaining balance will be stored on the same card. You can use this balance for future purchases until the card expires.
6. How can I check the balance of my e-gift card?
To check your e-gift card balance, please contact our customer service team with your unique gift card code, and they will be happy to assist you.
7. I've lost my e-gift card email. What should I do?
If you or the recipient have accidentally deleted the e-gift card email, please contact our customer service team. With a few details, such as the purchaser's name and email address, we can securely re-send the original e-gift card.
8. Can I return an item purchased with an e-gift card?
Yes. If you return an item that was purchased using an e-gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to a new e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email.
9. Are there any restrictions on what I can buy with an e-gift card?
