Contract Services
1. Specification Meeting
We'll meet up with you to discuss your project, vision, budget etc. so that we can prepare some example proposals. We have lots of experience in creating schemes for developments and can really add value with our design experience.
2. Presentation Meeting
We will present to you our example proposals, specifications and costings. Following your feedback, we can make any agreed changes, and for multi plot sites we will provide specifications for the rest of the site.
3. Agreement & Schedules
The next step is to agree the costings, payment terms and schedules. Once all is agreed we will be keen to discuss timescales with your site point of contact and go through our call off procedure.
4. DELIVERY & CALL OFF SCHEDULE
Now we order the goods and make arrangements for the first delivery. We will then keep in touch with site to ensure things are going as planned and liaise with you to arrange site deliveries to arrive when they are needed.
