Mackintosh Savoy Limestone and Graphite
The developer approached us with a vision of a modern farmhouse design that would seamlessly blend traditional aesthetics with contemporary elements. He wanted a home that stood out from the typical designs of the other new builds and offered a sense of individuality.
Working closely with him, we developed a custom floor plan that maximized the use of space and incorporated his desired features. The exterior and interior design showcased a mixture of brick and wood elements, creating a warm and inviting façade.
The two-tone limestone and graphite cabinets add depth and interest to the space. The lighter limestone cabinets bring warmth and a natural element to the kitchen, while the darker graphite cabinets add a touch of sophistication and contrast.
To create a cohesive and elegant look, we selected a stunning veined quartz worktop. The veining in the quartz adds a luxurious and artistic element to the kitchen, while also tying together the colours of the cabinets and overall design scheme.
The end result was a stunning, one-of-a-kind farmhouse that truly stood out in the neighbourhood. The builder’s decision to offer something different and unique paid off, as the home quickly attracted the attention of potential buyers.
