This project
Located in the village of Nether Heyford, this project involved transforming a large, high-ceilinged room into a luxurious bathroom that balances classic elegance with contemporary comfort. The brief was to create a space that felt refined and welcoming, while celebrating the room’s generous proportions and architectural character.
A key part of the design was defining individual zones within the room, allowing the bath and shower areas to become standout features in their own right. Handmade furniture from Vanity Hall provides a beautifully crafted focal point, complemented by a seamless Corian worktop and integrated basin that enhance the room’s clean, sophisticated aesthetic.
Throughout the bathroom, chrome brassware from Hansgrohe introduces a beautifully engineered finish, while a freestanding bath from Waters creates a luxurious centrepiece for relaxation. An illuminated mirror from HIB and a stylish Zehnder radiator complete the scheme, combining practicality with refined design.
The material palette was carefully selected to bring both energy and depth to the space. Tiles from Minoli introduce vibrancy and visual interest, while decorative wall panelling and shower trays from Acquabella add texture and a sense of luxury, creating subtle contrasts that enrich the overall design.
The finished bathroom is a sophisticated retreat that makes the most of its scale, combining high-quality materials, thoughtful zoning and timeless styling to create a space that feels both indulgent and enduring.
