This Project
A lovely example showing how a German engineered kitchen – from our Artline range – doesn’t have to always be contemporary in style. These ‘Pearl Grey’ Shaker doors in a satin lacquer offer a durable alternative to a hand-painted kitchen. ‘Montana Gris’ Quartz adds contrast and warmth. Spekva’s ‘Safari Brasilica’ L shaped breakfast bar and Amtico flooring add the accented colour with Neff appliances throughout.
The customers’ only request was that they really wanted a German kitchen but that this needed to be in keeping with the architectural features of their property. The space needed to flow seamlessly between multiple zones mixing functional cooking, food prep, entertaining and a calm environment to work in. One of the main ways we achieved this cohesion was to set back the island.
Customer Testimonial
We are so happy that we chose Bell for our new kitchen. It was important to us that the kitchen included everything that we wanted and was designed to suit our lifestyle, but also be sympathetic to the age of the property with its sloping walls and beams. This involved a lot of bespoke carpentry such as wooden panelling which we were very impressed with. It was great to be able to choose lighting (IOS lighting) and flooring in store to compliment the overall professional finish. Electricians, plasterers & flooring were all project managed to a high standard by Bell – with good communication and strong, prompt resolution of snagging issues. The kitchen is the most important room in our home & investing in this space has made it a pleasure to welcome guests & family into. For me the difference at Bell is the project management – taking away the problems that can be associated with any project also being able to choose everything under one roof.
