Delivery Information

Items/carts over £250 are free shipping across mainland UK (Not including N. Ireland). Scottish Highlands postcodes KW, AB, PH, PW, IV and HS and islands (Man, Wight, Orkneys etc.) may be subject to a delivery surcharge. A delivery cost, where applicable, is calculated at the checkout based on your location and size/weight of the product. Bell use specialised courier networks CSM for smaller parcels and PALL-EX for heavy/large palletised goods such as fires and baths.

Please ensure that the access available to your property is suitable. Do not forget to consider the following factors that may prevent us from completing a standard delivery: parking restrictions; delivery vehicle size restrictions; restricted access into property due to the size of the ground floor entrance; restricted access within the property to the intended delivery location. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods for which, in most cases, there is an additional charge. You are able to make mention of any specifics regarding delivery in the customer comments section during checkout.

For larger, palletised items the delivery service is kerbside only. Please make sure you have made adequate arrangements to receive the product. The delivery person may be able to leave your product in a garage or garden if access allows. A signature will be required on receipt of goods, if this can not be obtained then this will result in a failed delivery and an additional charge will be applied for a re-delivery. Please contact us for delivery quotes if you are outside mainland UK

If you require express delivery or a specific delivery date or have any concerns about delivery, please contact us on 01604 777504 and we will advise if this is available on you order and answer any questions.

Delivery Time-scales

Most of our orders are dispatched from our Northampton warehouse but some items are delivered directly by the manufacturer; either way you will be contacted directly by a member of our team or of the manufacturer to arrange a convenient delivery date (applicable to large and/or palletised items).

Many of our products are in stock at our warehouse but some need to be ordered from our suppliers; you can usually expect to receive your order in 7-10 working days but some bespoke products and out of stock items may take longer to arrive. If you have particular delivery requirements please call 01604 777504 to discuss them. As well as being able to fast-track some orders we are also able to keep orders on hold if you want to delay delivery until a more convenient time.

Please note: Your order will only be dispatched when all items included in the order are available. Delivery hours are between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The carrier shall be relieved of its obligation to perform the contract to the extent that the performance is prevented by failure of the customer, fire, weather conditions, industrial dispute, labour disturbance or cause beyond the reasonable control of the carrier.

ACR 10 Year Warranty Information

The 10 year warranty covers all stove castings but it does not include consumable items such as glass, grates, bricks and door seals.

The stove will need to be maintained and operated as per the instruction manual. The warranty will become invalid if the stove is not maintained. The stove will not be covered by warranty if it has not been installed correctly, the wrong fuel has been used on the stove e.g unseasoned wood, treated wood or solid fuel with a higher pet coke content than 20% (please ask ACR or Bell for their recommendations if in any doubt), non-genuine ACR spare parts have been fitted to the appliance, if modifications have been made to the stove, if the stove has been over-fired, if the stove has been damaged by fire (e.g chimney fire), corrosion or if the serial number / data plate has been removed from the stove.

The warranty commences from the date that the stove was purchased.

warranty does not apply to appliances which have been purchased as ex working displays.

stove warranty does not cover the installation or the flue system the stove is attached to.

flue must be swept at least once a year and the stove must be serviced & maintained annually by a suitably qualified engineer such as HETAS or another competence scheme as a condition of the warranty and receipts for each annual sweep and annual service must be able to be provided as evidence.

warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by atmospheric or local conditions such as salt air, excessive flue draught, down draught etc. It does not cover damage or defects caused by incorrect storage of the appliance e.g being stored in a damp, unheated environment.

e paint finishes may require re-painting periodically which is considered part of the maintenance of the stove and therefore the paint finish is not covered by the warranty. It is important that the paint work is kept in good condition as failure to do this could lead to corrosion. Enamelled components are not covered where these parts have been overfired which would lead to chipping, bubbling, cracking or crazing of the enamel.

warranty does not cover any removal costs or re-installation costs. In the event of a warranty claim. ACR will despatch the required replacement parts necessary. ACR reserve the right to either replace the goods or refund the purchase price of the goods. The total liability, except where there is a prohibited limitation by statute, extends to the purchase price of the goods only.

The warranty is not transferable. It relates to the original installation only and to the original purchaser. Please retain your dated sales receipt as proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not effected by this warranty.
