Builders and Developers
Our aim is to supply, and install if required, quality products for the houses and apartments of our builder clients, at excellent “value for money” prices.
We offer a totally flexible service, based on the way that you, the builder wishes to work. This can involve working with your client to a limited specification and budget, or designing & quoting to a bespoke specification. Once we have the quotation ready we simply present it to you with a drawing (if applicable) for your approval.
Alternatively, for larger sites we can work with you or your management to a set of architect’s drawings and produce standard specifications for each house type which we can amend as the project proceeds. Once again we can be fully involved, and on supply and fit contracts our thorough site surveys often highlight potential problems weeks before installation is due to start, saving time and money.
We work closely with you or your site manager with regards to many aspects of each individual installation. For each plot we check room dimensions and service positions, and liaise closely with your site management regarding delivery and installation dates, thus ensuring a successful completion for each project.
